FOOTPATH SIGNS – PVC

A popular footpath sign that comes with three different base shapes. (a) square, (b) oval, (c) round.  Each style has a UV stabilised base that can be filled with water or sand for stability in the wind. The panels come in two different options – either 4mm UV stabilised PVC or a more rigid 4mm ACM (coloured aluminium sheet either side of a polyethylene core). Able to fit a wheel kit to bottom of base, for easy moving.

CORFLUTE

Corflute is ideal for temporary promotional signage such as Sales, Events, and Real Estate. It is perfect for screen-printing, digital printing and for use with vinyl. Corflute is a high quality, durable fluted polypropylene co – polymer with UV stabilisers, which can withstand sunlight and general weather conditions. It is inexpensive, lightweight and ergonomically friendly and recyclable.

ACM  (ALUPANEL)

ACM  is great for interior and exterior signage. It comprises of 0.3mm coloured aluminium sheet either side of a polyethylene core.  ACM is now replacing plywood (signply) in many signage solutions as it is not affected by the weather if it gets wet – does not rot!  It comes in various colours and is strong and robust.  2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm thickness.

 

SIGNPLY  (Plywood painted with gloss finish )

Signply is manufactured in New Zealand on the West Coast South Island.  It is manufactured from plantation grown, Pinus Radiata.  It is a high grade exterior plywood, stringently graded throughout each manufacturing stage. Signply can come with one side painted and overlaid back, providing an awesome weather seal, or both sides painted. Colours include white, black, blue, green, red, and yellow. It comes in a range of thicknesses – most common is 10mm and 12mm, also available in a thin 8mm (ideal for anywhere that has a backing, gable ends to factories, walls, fences etc. Cheaper, lightweight and strong).  And a thick 17mm (No colours).

 

PALIGHT (FOAM PVC)

Palight foamed PVC sheets are ideal for indoor and outdoor signage. It is lightweight, durable and has versatile surfaces which can be screen-printed, digitally printed and used with vinyl. Low water absorption and high chemical resistance. Colours and black available in 3mm thickness, and white available in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm.
